Great doc. It has exposed the unfortunate disgrace of a broken family in every way. Pretty hard to see in many moments, but necessary and too representative.

I thought this was just going go be your typical documentary by the ratings. It is so much more than that! It is about the struggle and finding the strength to overcome challenges and obstacles. The fact that Emmanuel was forward thinking to start recording his family is AMAZING. It is a blast from the past for those of us that came of age during the late 90s and early 2000s. Left me in tears.

Rothbart's second documentary is gripping and inspiring. No one tells a story like he can. The fact that much of the footage was recorded and documented by the family itself makes it extraordinary. Saw it tonight as part of the Woodstock Film Festival, where it was extremely well-received.
