"A haunting on Dice Rdoad: the Hell House" depicts Real people telling real stories of real events. Haa a Very genuine feel. Much better than many so called documentaries.
The only criticism i have is that it is overly theatrical and a bit too heavy on the sound effects. Leave the echo box alone and turn down the volume

Real Dice Road ghosts
Very interesting.
I am having one hell of a time deciding if this was real or not. Sure the research seemed well done, sure the people that were interviewed were convincing enough as everyday people and not actors. Some of the footage is absolutely what you would see on other well established "ghost hunting" or "paranormal investigation" shows; but some of the footage is what you would see in fictitious found footage movie. It was amusing, and if all that occurred and all that was told is true it is truly unnerving. Would suggest based on the history of the house (or fiction they created) and for how amusing it is.
Wait...what?!?
Isn't the Eddie, crawling into the crawl space the same Eddie who fell off the ladder and "substantially" injure his knee earlier in the documentary? Yet when he prepares to enter the crawl space access, he shows no sign of favoring his knee. Come on! Smacking one's knee on concrete does not heal that fast.
