At 67 minutes, it runs 22 minutes too long. A 45 minute episode of "Touched By An Angel" might almost have got away with it, without too much padding.
No internal consistency. It's mostly a concussion dream. Not a spoiler really as it's obvious from the "falling on stairs" scene. Things that happen in the dream have results in the post concussion "real" world, the real world intrudes into the dream.
It's a retelling of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" but without any ghosts of Christmas Present, or Future.
The boss is clearly Ebenezer Scrooge, with no redemption, Don Collier is Bob Pratchett, but doesn't get a turkey. (Other than the script that is). There's a kid from Don's past who sounds like a 1948 New York street urchin. How old is Don BTW?
I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 just for the cast title credit for Santa Clause. Yes, with an E. I'm hoping it's a joke, along the lines of the Marx Brothers; Groucho: That's the standard Sanity Clause. Chico: You can't fool me, there's a-no Sanity Clause.

Plot summary
Don Collier has a wonderful life and family, but no time to enjoy either. His impossible boss even has him collecting signatures for a huge project the day before Christmas, but as he goes office to office it seems that every signer is a ghost from his past, and he soon begins to wonder if this is coincidence... or heavenly intervention.

A re-edit could make this something very special
BEWARE OF FALSE REVIEWS & REVIEWERS. SOME REVIEWERS HAVE ONLY ONE REVIEW TO THEIR NAME. NOW WHEN ITS A POSITIVE REVIEW THAT TELLS ME THEY WERE INVOLVED WITH THE MOVIE. IF ITS A NEGATIVE REVIEW THEN THEY MIGHT HAVE A GRUDGE AGAINST THE FILM . I HAVE REVIEWED OVER 200 HOLIDAY FILMS. I HAVE NO AGENDA!
This story was a gem an idea but the actor who plays Daniel Baldwin's boss was terrible and his performance alone sinks this little film.

The final scene at a graveyard goes on way to long. Each character talks too much. The film would of been better served if each "talking head" speech was cut in 1/2 or they enter-cut all of them. 10 seconds of one then 10 seconds of another and so fourth.
What was nice was the fact that "The Protagonist" wasn't a jerk who becomes nice. He is a man that is doing what he thinks is best.
There is one scene I found a little too violent so if you have children I would not allow them too watch this because it is a little too graphic.
This film would of been better served if the director had a better editor. They could of had something. Maybe they will re-edit this?
It's so bad it's funny.
There's an hour of my life I can't get back. Terrible camera work, awful acting with an ok storyline. We have a rule in our house where if you start a movie to have to finish it. We literally were cry laughing at how bad it was. So if you want to laugh til you cry or snort laugh this is the movie for you.
