I love watching the Waltons re-runs on MeTv. This however is not it. I'm 25 minutes in and I want to change the channel. I know I couldn't expect to see all the original actors, but one of them would have been nice. Like Mary McDonough (Erin) as Olivia, or Kami Cotler (Elizabeth).

I thought this would be sort of a continuation of the show. It's not that. There are all new actors, which is weird. Grandpa is still alive, really? Grandma puts some of the "recipe" in her pie (she would NEVER do that).

The ages they have the kids is way off. When John boy was still in school, Elizabeth was barely old enough to go to school. Yet here she is a pre-pre-teen.

I've been watching it now for an hour and I still don't know which kid is which.

I don't like it!!!

I'm going to stick it out to the end, but it won't be easy. The constant commercials are driving me crazy!

Thank goodness for the Mute button on my remote control. Or I wouldn't make it through. Ugh......
