This movie was awful, I mean really awful. How can we trust IMDB when the first 100 reviews all giving it 10/10 are all fake? This started a while back but now these poorly made, cheap movies are dominating IMDB charts based on false information.

In an effort to control the city the Mayor opens the doors to the Russian Mob. It is not long until he realizes they aren't going to follow his rules. To fix the problem he accepts an offer to set up the Russians and open the door for the Cartel. When the Russians find out they take the Mayors Daughter and then the real games begin.

Lots of close-ups of lots of bad actors. They made this movie as a showcase for bad actors. Pick one. Pick them all. Hire them. They are looking for work. And I was looking for a fun movie. Seen on Tubi, the free streaming site; which unfortunately, has too many movies like this one.

One of the worst films I've seen
What was John Savage thinking of participating in this? Take around 20 poor actors, a terrible script, a bad director and amateur editing and you have this film! So, bad that I had to stop watching before the end. Don't waste your time on this.
