Interesting but also cold observation of German-Turkish family life, that could have done with a less apathic approach. Do German-Turkish people indeed never laugh in their daily lives? Or is that just the director? And are we really to believe that the line "Was ist mit dir los?" is thàt constantly used in the social talk? Or was it just the copier?

Plot summary
Erol, Ahmed and Leyla live with their Turkish father and German mother in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Erol, a petty criminal, will save the family honor by completing his military service in Turkey. However, he must first confront his loan shark.
