A great documentary about movie genius Buster Keaton, his career from stardom to lack of freedom and opportunities, his sad and turbulent life, and how Hollywood and its big studios work (MGM particularly). Very moving and informative (I knew a lot of things I had no idea about this fantastic artist and filmmaker),awesome clips of Keaton's hilarious films, quite good text. I film to laugh and perhaps cry. From the same director of another and more recent good documentary about a Hollywood star, "John Wayne, l'Amérique à tout prix".

A mostly lazy and uninformative documentary that runs out the clock by giving small bits of information about Keaton between large swaths of clips from his movies.
This isn't a deep dive into Keaton's life by any means and just about the entirety of the information put forth of this movie can be found in the introductory section of Keaton's Wikipedia page.
