I read all the spoiler from those who already watched this movie and they give positive review and it's kind make my expectations high but I tried to keep it low as possible bc it's action movie, action movie cant go wrong but the comedy can make it worst. But I like how they arranged the scene for comic relief in this movie. It's doesnt feel forced.
Like I said, action movie cant go wrong, altho that part of shooting kinda absurd, like there's few men shooting but none managed to hit the subject. Except for that part, the rest is good.
Hyunbin's action part really *chef kiss*. He doesnt looks awkward at all. Haejin as a gum between Hyunbin & Daniel characters really funny. But as Haejin's said, they are the Avengers , who betrayed each others. Lmao!
Comedy part, I laugh out loud in the cinema during Minyoung (Im Yoona) and Jack (Daniel Henney) respective part.
Lemme start with Minyoung. Gurll, ur shamelessness really make me facepalm. But ur hard works finally give some result altho he was lowkey but surely he's getting there. And that smooth flirting in the club, guurrrlll you got some moves there! Attagurl! Minyoung is the very important in this movie. Sometime we need some comic relief after intense part in a movie.
And yeah, that's where Jack come in. Like mannn..he's me if I go to foreign country. All I need to know basic language, flirting or cursing words

AS EXPECTED
Pleasantly surprised
I haven't seen the original film Gongjo/Confidential Assignment, but I did hear that it was a pretty average "turn your brain off and enjoy" action flick, so I went into this with zero expectations. I was actually hooked from beginning to end, as the action scenes were surprisingly satisfying, the music during said scenes got me pumped up, and the comic relief was very tastefully done. In a nutshell, I would describe it as a cross between "The Man From Nowhere" and "Extreme Job." As those are two of my favorite Korean flicks, I enjoyed this one very much and would recommend it to all action fans who also have an interest in Korean films.
