Charming and full of heart with a great cast and a good script.
Won't get the credit it deserves.

Plot summary
A hopeless romantic (Domhnall Gleeson) thinks he's found true love with an older woman (Christina Applegate),only to learn that she's married and their encounter was merely an instrument of revenge against her neglectful husband (Thomas Haden Church). Initially out for blood, the husband finds himself strangely sympathetic to the romantic's plight. He decides that the best way for the two of them to get revenge is by moving in together, cutting her out, and living a bachelor's life.

How this is rated so low is baffling.
Echoes classic screwball comedies. Massively underrated.
Didn't expect that.
It seems, some people have lost their ability to judge class.
"Crash Pad" is a true gem amongst the numerous romantic comedies that try but ultimately fail to present some real heart and wit.
What expecially stands out with this movie is the witty, polished dialogues.
I haven't heard people talk like this in a long time - it reminds me of the great screwball comedies of the past.
Most movies of today forget that there is a duty to fulfill: To produce memorable characters and quotable, unique dialogue. "Crash Pad" succeeds massively.
I haven't had so much fun in a long time, and on top there's real heart in it.
Don't listen to the bad reviews. You won't regret watching this.
It's all radness.
Grady (Thomas Haden Church) and Morgan (Christina Applegate) are married. Morgan decides to have revenge sex with young Stensland (Domhnall Gleeson) who believes Morgan is single and smitten by him. Stensland becomes upset when he realizes he was used. Very upset. Dawson's Creek upset. Grady ends up moving in with Stensland, transforming his boring life as he seeks to have his own revenge sex on the revenge sex.
The film had some smile moments, but that was about it. It was mostly shouting out random ideas about relationships. Nice to see Christina took some acting lessons. Now if she can get an agent to get her a decent film.
F-word. Implied sex. Partial male nudity.
