Samantha (Kennedy Lea Slocum) plays a Westbrook High School reporter investigating the deaths of the top scholar contenders. Her mother works as a grief counselor at the same school.

The film gives you a number of suspects and clues. The characters make for a decent teen mystery, but don't expect much more.

No swearing, sex, or nudity.

The uninteresting premise about kids in line for a scholarship being bumped off can't sustain a movie let alone a LMN movie.

In the end the lame answer for the villain just does not convince.

Don't bother.

OMG! Was this a treat! The acting was so great in this. I was on the edge of my seat wondering who the killer was! When it turned out to be the best friend my mouth dropped open! That HUGE knife she pulled on Emma Stone was so terrifying! Emma was so generous in sharing her scholarship with her two friends in the end. Even though the Matt Damon/Philip Hoffman/Ryan Reynolds mashup friend who got wrongly accused of having drugs and a knife in his locker was next on the list to get the scholarship kind of got ripped off right? That's one part I didn't get. He wasn't guilty so once they found that out-he would've rightly received the scholarship. Oh well you can't fault the script writers for that. I'm sure they just wanted to highlight the friendship at the end. This was so good guys! Totally Oscar winning material here! I don't understand why it wasn't nominated!!

Now THAT is what you call sarcasm! Because it's the very definition of anger masked in humor (you'd have to watch the movie to get this reference)...angry that I wasted my time with this eye roller!
