I loved this movie. Really good if you want a light hearted, simple & feel good movie to watch.
Imo, this movie explores luck and chance. The story beautifully narrates how goodness of nature, simplicity and doing our best to be right in life helps favor good luck. Simplicity in nature & authenticity helps people who are best for us to move into our lives. The kind of people wrong for us will eventually move out of our lives.
I loved the cinematography, set design & props. Every prop was so carefully chosen and totally made every frame stand out.
As for Actors and acting, everyone fit the part beautifully.

Ernesto is a sweet, gentle man who is doing the best he can to get by in current-day Los Angeles. A sudden series of bad breaks, however, cause him to lose his job, his girlfriend, and his home - placing him in a very precarious situation. Then, just when all seems hopeless, he gains employment, a great place to live, an important friendship, and unexpectedly, an improved career trajectory. In his new position, he finds love, financial independence and a bright future - a happy ending beyond his wildest expectations.

This is one of the sweetest films to come along in a LONG time!! Timeless values that everyone could benefit from, and you just don't see in the movies anymore. Was it sappy and syrupy and overly acted? Maybe, but SO darn refreshing!! I couldn't help but LOVE IT!!!
