I am a true crime addict but also respect the struggle and the victims and all the hard work that goes into solving these cases. I was excited to find a "documentary" I hadn't heard of. I'd use the term "documentary" extremely loosely. It starts off ok , and of course there will be some re-inactments but the clothing was completely off for the 70's. Real detectives are constantly swapped out with actors to the point it gets confusing and you can't tell who is an actor. This one is just not worth watching. You are better off googling and researching the victims on your own.

Deserves Better
A story that could use a real director & producer, the toolbag with all of the medallions around his neck trying to act "cop tuff" does no favors to good cops. Overall this is a stinking pile of burning dung.
Interesting watch
I grew up in one of the hometowns this is about roughly 15 years later. It was interesting seeing how Pekin and Normal were involved in this awful mans path. The filming was fair and lower budget but I enjoyed the film.
