An engrossing journey into the obsessive mind of a brilliant pasta-maker, whose undeniable passion to share his really beautiful love of "pasta fatto o mano" is starkly juxtaposed with the angst of opening a restaurant in the trendiest city of L.A. while dealing with snarky suits. And obviously, Chef Funke's willingness to be totally vulnerable for this doc says a lot about him.
