What a complete and utter waste of time. Disband the school police department? Wow. God forbid something happens at that school but if it does they get what they deserve.

Worst attempt at opportunistic political pandering ever
Unless you have the IQ of a lima bean, it's quite obvious why this film was made. It's so bad that I just laughed most of the time.
