Good Movie. Everybody acted well in the movie. BGM was not so good in the movie. The movie was so interesting and thrilling. The movie had many illogical scenes. The climax in the movie was worst. Good Movie.

Irul
Subpar writing plays spoilsport in a well-acted, minimalist thriller! [+53%]
Irul is a one-time watch, in terms of the entertainment value it offers and the suspense it builds. A second watch may not necessarily unearth more clues. It's just that kind of film - one that frequently keeps you on your toes but ultimately settles for something unsurprising. The minimalist plot does hold a lot of promise, and how the screenplay unfolds initially is thrilling. Couple that with a cocktail of 3 terrific actors playing the leads and suave production design, Irul comes with the ingredients destined for success. But where it doesn't quite hit a home run is in its storytelling.
We already know how good Fahadh is when he has to play unhinged, mysterious characters. In Irul, he once again proves his mettle and towers over the script's mediocrity. The characterization of Alex, played by Soubin Shahir, is also one of Irul's shortcomings. This especially applies to the portions after the corpse is found in the basement. In fact, we can split the film into two: BEFORE and AFTER the body is found. And they feel like two different films. One's dark, brooding, and mysterious, and the other expository, wavering, and at times, darkly humorous. They don't blend well. The concoction, with its last-minute reveal, doesn't wow you. Where's the 'aha!' moment when you desperately need it?
Plus, it doesn't look good on a thriller when the lead characters lack depth or when there are noticeable plotholes, even when the runtime is a crisp 90 minutes. One particular jumpscare was conceived well, but the rest were predictable. Darshana Rajendran, who plays Archana, is the film's trump card - she's puzzled just like the audiences, frantically searching for answers. Darshana handles the emoting part well, but her character too comes across as easily misguided (for a High Court lawyer i.e.). The writing (Sunil Yadav) needed to be better overall. Everything else sort of works here, and that's a shame!
Good minimalist film..!!
The story revolves around 3 persons only.. A unmarried couple went to trip without mobile for avoiding interruption..but after breakdown of their car and they seek shelter of somebody's house..sooner they realized that he is more dangerous than they believe.. Good attempt but poor plot story..!
But still can watch for timepass...!!
