Absolutely no plot. The camera work and editing were fine. I would put the acting at a B movie level. The written story was anguished - there was nothing in the script that made much sense - if someone asked "How are you?". the answer was a parable or an analogy or something similarly disrelated. Smart-mouthed punks - even the senior "Governor". My overall lasting impression is that this movie never had and never will have a plot, theme, common thread. You'll never get the time back that you will waste watching this movie.
