Rescuing animals in need is something they try to do. Now of course that does not mean everyone else can just get pets and than have a clean conscious because someone else will take care of them. Obviously there are a lot of strays and there are a lot of dogs out there. There are certain things that have to be done to take control of overpopulation of stray dogs ... not nice things.
