After stifling sniffles and periodic eye drying, anger sets in. These scarce cinematic masterpieces uniquely appear before us. They appear almost preordained by some unquantifiable force, but they'll find us...the lucky ones with antenna still raised.
Disclosure, I have not a single root in MS or any other autoimmune syndrome yet "Living Proof" gratefully sought me. I'll leave you with this: If you want to measure the character of someone this Documentary is all you need. Ask them to watch, if they're devoid of feeling or attachment then they most likely dwell in the dark recesses of the mind, lacking empathy, and you might want to reconsider your relationship(s) with them. Yeah, that's how much this flic efffin' moved me. Enjoy.

I have no one to talk to about this....SAD
What an inspiration
I can only vouch for myself, my brother has MS, he's getting worse and worse, you cannot talk to him or the rest of my family about diet they laugh in your face, unfortunately auto immune diseases run in my family, I myself have rheumatoid arthritis, since following this diet I've gone from needing my son to help me out of bed in the morning being crunched up in pain to pretty normal, my inflammation is going down every day. For those of you with either autoimmune diseases or specifically MS, please don't dismiss this as guff, please try it, what do you have to lose, it's just eating differently, try it and see.
Having RA I can't have nightshades vegetables, this is quite typical for arthritis sufferers though.
Good luck everyone and thank you to the makers of this movie
MS - there is a hope out there!
An emotional rollercoaster, a poignant true story that and thought provoking .. the story brings some untold facts on the table.. A millions of dollars from donations is funding the research of MS (Multiple Sclerosis) annually... however, the politics, the lobbyists, the struggle of power and rivalry strangle the alternate effective natural potential treatments at times instead of integrating them as a part of the treatment plan .. drugs that are proven to be not so effective and with tons of side effects are still the standard protocol for the treatment... why??? Whereas vitamin D, healthy lifestyle, avoiding certain foods and healthy diet could put the symptoms at bay.. As shocking these numbers may seem (for Canadian MS Sociery) , it is not unbelievable! More than 30% of the fund comes from the pharmaceutical industry to this society and that explains a monopoly of certain drugs.. as per the research by MSHope organization, only 16% of revenues are being spent on research!!! A must watch documentary ...
