An ok movie with good acting

I am a huge thriller sci if fan. So much out there is less than mediocre these days.

This movie has the good acting, which most movies today do NOT. It is a lower budget movie, but it doesn't require a higher budget as it relies primarily upon the plot to keep you guessing. Actually glad it didn't try to add in a bunch of high end techno stunts or high end pyrotechnic scenes...that would have been a waste of money on a poorly themed movie...

For the savvy sci fi fan, the ending is rather obvious and not well thought out or explained. The plot is interesting, but not really anything new or different. Just sort of a low budget slow burn on an old idea.. The acting is what sustains the movie and it is quite good.

This would have done better as an episode of the X files, ( but there really are no shows like that anymore) but doesn't stand out well as a movie. Sure, it kills time, but is not memorable or something you are even likely to give a second watch. But, in these lean times of free movies on Hulu, one that has acting this good puts it far above most of the other free movies in the genre.

Has flaws but it's watchable.

"Multiverse" aka "Entangled" film is somehow watchable film. I like the concept and theory. So, I'd say it has some potential. But what makes this film bad is low budget and the way of presenting. Although the concept and theory are good, but the presentation style is a bit confusing. I hardly get what they want to show. But I thought through it. So, yeah, I kind of get what this film is about.

Anyway, although I wouldn't say this is a good film, if they have improved the facts that I mention above, it would've made a fine film. That being said, I'm not saying it's a total bad film. It's watchable and I kind of enjoyed the whole thing.

Tedious and darkly lit.

It's a tedious film. They way she dies, it's just stupid. Sure it was necesarry for the film to have a "difference", but it was stupid. It would make much more sense if they had a car crash and she died. Also, why make one character deaf. That's stupid as well. Again it's just to show a difference. But it's means hiring a deaf actress and then EVERYONE having to read the subtitles. Also if it's the CLOSEST match they couldn't find a universe in which she was also deaf? It's just dumb (haha). I hope this movie isn't going to be the start of a billion multiverse movies where there becomes a set of rules of the multiverse. That this nonsense idea of a multiverse gets rammed down peoples throats to become a part of popular consciousness like all those time travel movies. There is no multiverse. It's complete and utter nonsense and it's a boring premise like all those zombie movies are. They're all the same and they're all boring to watch. You've literally seen one zombie movie you've seen them all. And of course the variation on those is the plague outbreak films. Everyone becomes "like" a mutant flesh eating zombie and so on. OK, also, this chick has been dead 5 months and then appears to EVERYONE in their universe. No questions are asked?? It's just all such sloppy writing. Why? Because the entire premise is flored. Multiverses don't exist, it's purely sci-fi nonsense to take responsibility for ones actions away. It's like the God of science fiction. God forgives everything, your actions in one universe don't matter because in another they're prisine behaviours, i.e. You're forgiven everything so you're not responsible for anything. See she didn't die in her universe, so he wasn't responsible for her death by driving recklessly. You get the idea. It's a crock. We are all responsible for everything we do. Period. That's life in the physical world. Also how ugly is her short hair. It's just like hey I'm a big old lesbian so why is she with a guy to begin with. Sloppy! At 48 minutes in we see it turn sinister, read that as interesting. Then it tranposes into who will kill who, and who is the real who. So we don't actually explore any other universes at all. There is no multiverse as the title would suggest. Therefore it fails to deliver. A missed opportunity. An uninteresting film. Then there is this ending which is just "so" unexpected, and makes no sense at all. If they just killed everyone of themselves, then how come suddenly there is another car of themselves. No what happened was that the car of the originals came into the other universe. It already hit them though. SO it's just a tacked on ending to suggest something about infinite universes. Again the "closest" they could come was 4 people who weren't close. Like I said, it's a tedious film.
