Coming from a person who appreciates well-done shock cinema and horror, well this just wasn't.
Eric Roberts was once an up-and-comer who started with the compelling movie "King of the Gypsies" and also was brilliant as Paul Snider in "Star 80," but those were both a long time ago.
This movie is a cheap piece of trash hoping to capitalize on the Hostel and Saw "extreme torture" genres, but someone forgot to get a decent script and decent actors. I thought at least the vicious, psychotic cannibals would get their comeuppance at the end but no. If you're any kind of fan of horror or even torture porn, steer clear.

Plot summary
Lewis Cutterman is a well respected brain surgeon and happily married with two beautiful children who run the family business. They are model citizens within the community. A simple visit to their home by a solicitor is greeted by an invitation to dinner; except dinner takes a macabre turn when the solicitor finds himself drugged by the family. Waking up, the solicitor soon discovers they will be slowly eaten piece by piece and that the kid's family business is to farm out their internal organs to needy patients.

Eric Roberts must have needed the money
Don't worry about the leg, Bud.
The film opens with whimsical music and a woman strapped to a table is being cut up. We are then introduced to America's best brain surgeon, played by Eric Roberts. Perhaps the film's biggest joke. Eric is the head of a family that takes solicitors captive, harvest them for organs and food.
The dark comedy has a twist. What I didn't understand is that if you want bodies to harvest, why would you put out a "No Solicitors" at your door to discourage people from coming to the door? Doesn't make sense.
Cult film
Guide: F-word, sex, nudity...which looked very fake and maybe a body double.
Not as terrible as other reviews suggest
I enjoyed it. The acting is good. The story holds well together. I especially liked the contrast between the family's perfect manners and their job (cutting people alive),which is of course deliberate, not 'bad acting', and which gives a comedy twist to the film.
