The lead character is the focal point of this film, but lame writing and wooden acting does in the rest of this. Still an interesting concept, the day in the life of a troubled yet egotistical chef. Well played lead role.

Watchable but...
Well Acted (and not too long)
I instantly liked this portrayal of a once highly-regarded chef on the way down. Aaron Abrams as Daniel, the sweaty, stressed out, arrogant protagonist plays his part superbly, as do the supporting cast. I didn't expect to enjoy it half as much as I did.
Skills don't amount to good business sense
A once-famous chef, whose edge is diminishing, barely manages to keep his high-end restaurant afloat while going up against the growing food truck culture. He banks on this one night to hopefully cash in on a friendship with a rich entreprenuer, highschool friend. Throughout the movie, it showcases the chef's unforgiving, self-centered behaviour and how it begins to sever the many relationships around him. A good watch.
