I love soccer, and I was expecting a completely different movie from what I've found out. And, I'm happy by the way this film presents the subject; always very grounded and honest. It's not a movie to impress you but to make you feel what this girls endure for the love of the game. This is pure sports at it's best.
Plot summary
Offside captures the commitment, passion and comradery of a female Polish football team during their gruelling, but critical pre-season training as their team's coach, Natalia, sets the foundation for the new season ahead by pushing them to new limits.

Utterly honest.
The players are utterly honest which makes all this pre-season journey really compelling. If you enjoy sports as I do, this is a good realistic doc about amateur soccer.
