The music is nice, but there is nothing special about this movie, another one in the assembly Netflix line.
The siblings part of the plot is a bit creepy and the mother/sister comedic relief seems unnecessery, but it's an OK movie.
Even though the movie is not amazing, it is good to see a Hallmark type movie with POC.

Plot summary
Erica was dumped by her boyfriend Jason before their wedding. Now her opportunity to break through as a singer is also ruined by Cre (Kayne Lee Harrison),a world famous artist. Erica is persuaded by her best friend to take a job as a singer on a hotel in the tropics. Upon arrival she's dismayed when she learns that she is mainly expected to sing at weddings at the hotel. Her dismay turns into panic when Jason suddenly turns up with his new fiancée and Erica is expected to sing at their wedding. In the wedding party there's also Caleb, Jasons brother, who Erica has not met before.

As good/bad as the other travel based rom coms, if you like Hallmark type movies you would probably like this one

Surprisingly Great Summer romance film!
Beautiful location, costumes and actors. Fun, free spirited film that leaves you feeling good. I was impressed the characters acted honestly opposed to an added layer of unnecessary drama.

Christina Milian is so radiant thru the entire movie, we know this is assembly line romantic comedy, but Christina Milian! Lol yea she looks THAT good, beautiful island scenery, good music, what I did like about it that separates it from other similar comedies is that it's not over the top silly, they develop the story and the characters really good and fast, the only thing I didn't like was the ending, but no spoilers here, check it out, Christina Milian! Lol.
