Policeman Jack Stone (Matthew Reese) purposely gets himself thrown into prison following a bank robbery and killing a police officer. He doesn't have good odds, but he is Jack Stone, movie cop with choreographed moves. His goal is to take down Russian mafia boss Balam (Chuck Liddell) who deals drugs from his private quarters inside the prison surrounded by crooked guards. He also runs a protection racket.
Jack befriends mop man William (Dolph Lundgren) and there is also an attached woman's prison where Alena (Danielle Chuchran) causes trouble. Not too hard to figure out.
The plot was highly improbable as was the prison. There were no real twists as the writing exhibited little imagination and dialogue. What the movie features is plenty of prison fighting. How many times can Jack get hit with a club and not go down?
Guide: No sex or nudity. No swearing. Serious no swearing in a prison film. Filmed in Utah.
Danielle Chuchran aka "Thing One" wanted the role of Katniss. She ended up playing Kate Mitra in "Survivor" and assumed the Katniss pose on several occasions. She has become the leading lady in Utah films.
Plot summary
Police officer, Jack Stone purposefully orchestrates a robbery in order to be thrown into a prison where a notorious Russian criminal is. Balam's more than just a criminal;. He, likewise, is in prison as a cover; no one would suspect a man in supposedly heavily guarded prison's actually running his empire, outside. But he is. Thinking he's safe in his 'castle', Balam's not aware his days of control are rapidly dwindling.

Prison Break (in)
Although I/you shouldn't associate this with the TV show. If we do, then only with the currently last season (for some reason they are going to continue with it, but that's a different story). No it was a neat title or summary for a very low budget movie, with some decent fight scenes on display.
Dolph Lundgren has some fun with his role, a small one, since he's only a supporting actor in this (no pun intended). The main guy plays like he's in an 80s movie. So if you like those kind of movies from back then, you might be entertained enough (even more so then other people are). There are some females though not that many in this, one of them in particular has some fighting to do. It's a bit convoluted at best when it comes to "story", but that's not why you'll watch it anyway ...
Something to do while doing your taxes...
Best part of this movie was Chuck trying to do a Russian accent...the longer he has to talk the more it goes leans towards Colombian, very funny.
You could honestly miss large chunks of the movie and still know what is going on.
Not good, but not bad either.
