I have the honor to be the first one to review this movie. Well I don't know if that's really a honor, it's more a dumb mistake I made to watch this piece of garbage. There are a lot of boxing movies (or MMA in this case) but rarely did I see a bad one like Shiner. I saw some pretty lame ones but this is without hesitation one of the worst I ever watched. Not only is the story pretty dumb and uninteresting but you get also some awful acting as a bonus. Shannon Staller was cringing to watch (by far the worse actress of this movie). I can't imagine that this his her full time job. Luckily for her she was not alone as the rest of the cast was also below mediocrity so she kinda blended in perfectly. If you still decide to give this one a chance just keep your vomit bucket close to you, and bring some patience with you because you'll need it.

Shiner is another pretty lazy and quite forgettable as well movie to say the least but then again what should anyone expect with a movie of this kind or an unknown cast like this also? It's of course also known as the Promise and the promise should be to never see it.
