you changed me Into something better

I'm gonna keep this short! I'm 24 years old and I have seen springsteen three Times in my life on the stage. He has hade a big influence on me, and saved me many Times! It's because of him I sing and play guitar and write songs.

And this show, was simple amazing! Wish I could have been there live, but I live in Sweden and have no money so... But I laught and cried, and never have 2 hours and 30 minutes gone by so fast. If you're a fan or not SEE IT!! How one man can have so mutch in him...

Thank you Bruce for everything! For making me belive that I could be more than what I am and that I could make my dreams come true...even though the probably never will...

This is why he is loved

Springsteen is more than his music. What other rock star could do this? The man is self made and did it the hard way. He is still unassuming, down to earth and sensitive.

Now we know where the sadness from behind the eyes came from.

I couldn't stop looking at his "hair"

There are two kinds of entertainment documentaries. I'm not talking about good vs bad. I'm talking about one kind that tries to draw in non-fans and the other kind is made for fans only. One tries to expand the audience of the subject. The other isn't concerned with that. It's made for the diehards. "The Last Waltz", "Elvis: That's the Way it Is" even "The Grateful Dead Movie" are examples of the first kind. The recent "DePalma" and "They'll Love Me When I'm Dead" are examples of the second kind. I'm a big fan of most of Brian DePalma's films and really enjoyed the movie. However, I would not recommend it to anyone who's not already familiar with DePlama's work. It wasn't made for them. "Springsteen on Broadway" also belongs in the second category. I have no axe to grind with Springsteen and sat down with an open mind. But very quickly I was bored to tears. One dumb story followed by a boring song. If he admits that his songs are made up and not from personal experience, am I now supposed to believe his stories? I became so bored that I couldn't stop looking at the top of his head. It was wildly distracting. Is it live or is it Memorex?
