Not the viewer probably, but the main character of the movie. When we get attached to something it is hard to let go (pun intended). And I do say something because we're not talking about humans. The movie is called app for a reason and yes it has social commentary written all over it.
I don't think this is as bad as it is rated, but I do understand that many feel underwhelmed by how this is structured, by the acting and other things. It is imperative to overlook some of the flaws to be able to digest this at a certain level. Technically this is more than decent though and other movies have faired way worse than this. Watch the trailer and see if the style it uses works for you - otherwise don't waste your time

Other than to bore me silly and put me into a deep dreamless slumber. If so, it was a success. If not, a total bust.

Pure crap
Whatever you read this is just a really boring flick with long sequences of people walking, making phone calls and having wooden conversations. Even the dubbing was uneven. Just awful
