Plot summary

A zoologist and expert on birds is on a trip to an isolated locale to study the native species. He is expected to be in relative isolation given his destination. His wife is the leader of a political party in Japan. His wife asks him how he would feel should she become Prime Minister. Lo and behold she is the leader of the country upon his return.
