I've never liked how some methods are used nowadays to cheapen production effort and time of animation, especially when used in combination with more traditional methods that exude love for the craft (depending on the artistic-style). It's very rare for something "mixed" to work, and requires vast understanding and experience not many have. In this case, it visually cheapens the movie as well.
That said, this story is nonsense, and not even worth discussing. It's just flat, boring and too weird for its own good. Even the Japanese songs feel forced and strange in parts. I'd stay far and away.
Plot summary
150 million years ago, various aliens were living in harmony under the God of the Earth, Elohim. But the earth is actually in danger because there was a plan to annihilate the earth by Dahar, who was from the dark side of the universe.

Not worth it
I tried to find humor in this movie while under the influence. I found no such humor after watching about 1/4 of it.
It's like a really bad Christian animated movie from the 90-2000s except with cult stories & symbolism and it's in a cheap Japanese style. So many scenes just play out for 1-3 minutes out of nowhere. Sometimes with singing. It is really.. bad.
Incoherent cult nonsense
The first two films were at least okay, but this one dove head first into the cult nonsense and barely had a story to hold it together. Not to mention it seems there was a dip in production quality between The Laws of the Universe: Part 1 and this disaster.
