The story seems good, not brand new, but still fine enough to make something out of it. Mythology is usually always a good source of inspiration... But it hardly unfolds with very limited suspense in my pov.
Plot summary
A supernatural psychological thriller centered around the story of William Brook (Colten Wilke),a reclusive young fisherman who goes looking for his missing sister in the rugged Pacific Northwest. When the body of William's sister Sarah's roommate is discovered in the forest, Will works with newly reinstated Detective Ivy Seymour (Natalie Brown) to investigate the deaths of over 30 local women from a nearby town. As the likelihood of finding his sister alive diminishes and his troubled personal history becomes apparent, Will must confront his past, make amends with the First Nations people and finally face his demons if he hopes to solve the case and stop his recurring nightmare of the Thunderbird.

Excellent in every way
The acting in this film is top notch. You can feel the anguish of Will deep inside your soul. The wisdom, warmth and kindness of Chief George is evident. The backdrop of the Pacific Northwest is stunning. I loved this movie!

What a disappointment!
There too many loose ends. The plot evolves too slowly.
Watching the search for his sister is so boring.
Ok, so the thunderbird killed the parents. Who's to blame then?
