Not sure what the other reviewers problem is. Looks like he watched the movie with his eyes closed

Following the success of "Narasimham" Shaji Kailas and Renjith united to make a similar film based on Mahabharata, this time with Mammooty as lead. Mammooty and his 4 brothers are the 'pandavas' and ' Saikumar and Bhiman Raghu' forms the antagonists. The protagonist is supposed to be the epitome of masculinity, justice, truth and power; unmarried only to live as guardian for his brothers. A very good basic plot.

Rest of story goes haywire and doesnt even justify the character.

1. Protagonist is married, but is hiding the marriage and his wife from evryone including his brothers. Why? Couldn't he bring her home and get his brothers married too instead of making them run behind him for eternity with no purpose in life?

2. Third brother hires someone to commit a murder. Instead of being the 'pillar of truth' as establihed initially, Mammooty catches the killer and struck a deal to take care of his sister for him to accept the crime. Also bashes up the father of victim who seeked revenge. In any other story, this is what villains do.

3. The character of Saikumar scared Madhavan's brother in childhood. As a revenge, he leaves a scar on his face after, comiiting grievous hurt.

4. The character of Captain Raju, a police officer helps Mammooty in every way even after understanding he is on wrong side. He too apparently 'stands for truth'.

5. The henchman's sister gets killed while under protagonist's protection. Even after finding the killer, he is allowed to walk free by the henchman as the protagonist asked so.

This film is filled with absolute non sense plot lines that makes no sense, nor add anything to the story. Following "Narasimham" Ranjith must'vegot the idea that films with no basic story would sell. Both the films has no story to tell, just a series of events packed with bold dialogues, songs and action scenes.

Technically the film is brilliant, thanks to Shaji Kailas. The music score, cinematography, framing, blocking are typical Kailas standards, which is good.

Shobhana was wasted for few minutes scenes.

Mammooty is the only plus point in the film with his looks and attitude. Even after casting the brilliant Sai Kumar the antagonist couldnt make a mark.

This much hyped lifeline of Kairali TV channel is just another product of senseless film making owing to demands of public.

Glad such films have lost their market now.
