Gaspard, a man who has gone through breakups, believes he has no more love to give. One day, he crosses paths with an injured mermaid, Lula, by the Seine in Paris and takes her home to heal in his bathtub, but learns that any man who falls in love with her dies. Initially immune to her endearing charm, Gaspard slowly falls in love with Lula, who also truly falls for him.

Nice fantasy story, very french
This movie reminds me to Delicatessen and JP Jenet movies. Made me laugh a lot. Good actors, nice decors, I highly recommend it.

This was an absolutely amazing movie. I have not seen a romantic movie like this for a long time.
This is not an A-List movie, it is an eccentric B movie but it completely spoke to me. The music is also excellent which is very important.
