It is strange that nobody knows about this cinema. I don't know much about cinematography, but everything looked so fresh here. It's not likely that the story will keep you glued to the screen, but if you keep your heart open, slowly it will warm your heart up. And for me, this movie will be like a precious memory. I have already watched it twice in two days. Definitely one of the best works of Anjan Dutt.

10 years after The Bong Connection, The Bongs Again is a journey of two young women. Sara, in her 20s, comes to Kolkata from the UK to look for her biological mother. Oli, also in her 20s, goes to London from Kolkata in search of her father who had left her and the family. The story takes us through their journeys, the connections they make, and the pursuit of finding their blood relations. The Bongs Again is fun-filled but with insights which change the way we perceive life. The film depicts today's cosmo Calcuttans and NRI Bengalis, their lifestyle, thinking, and approach towards life.

What a waste of time
Watched it on amazon prime movies for 30 minutes. Stopped when the story was not moving. Another 5 minutes got totally bored and stopped watching it.

The stupidity of this film astounds me. There is no rhyme or reason for anything that happens in this film. If you liked or loved 'The Bong Connection', please skip this. It'll ruin your memory of the great original film.
